@26 Viet Café started with a simple idea: to create a place where people can enjoy Vietnamese-inspired food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. The concept first grew across Hong Kong and Shanghai, where it developed over nine years into multiple locations. That experience helped shape our focus on consistency, quality, and food made with care — without ever feeling formal or intimidating.

               Today, @26 Viet Café has found a home in North America, with locations in Metro Vancouver and Pasadena, California. Each café reflects its local neighborhood while staying true to the flavors and spirit that define Vietnamese comfort food and modern café culture. We believe good food should feel easy and enjoyable. That’s why our menu is built around fresh ingredients, balanced options, and everyday favorites you can come back to again and again. Our spaces are designed to be comfortable and inviting — whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite, meeting friends, or just taking a break.
